Demonstration of the Brewing Process
How is a house beer brewed? Practical demonstration and active assistance with the beer-brewing.

Programme:
- Explanation of the brewing (process and ingredients)
- Beer-tasting and explanation of the farm products
- Extensive guided walk around the hop garden 
- Beerglass-curling

CHF 45.00 per person. Groups with less than 10 people: CHF 450.00 per group.
Included in the price: extensive guided walk around the hop garden, beer-tasting and explanation of the brewery, beerglass-curling, beer, mineral water and apple juice during the demonstration, souvenir.


Hops – Medicinal plant
In this hands-on seminar you will learn all you need to know about hop as medicinal plant. Along with a guided tour and the theory you will learn how to make your own hop tea.
 
Programme:
- Extensive guided walk around the hop garden
- Brief explanation of the brewery
- Production of a hop tea for own purpose
- Tasting and explanation of "Hopfentropfen" specialities

CHF 25.00 per person. Groups with less than 10 people: CHF 250.00 per group.
Included in the price: guided tour around the hop garden, production of the hop tea, tasting of the "Hopfentropfen" specialities, beer, mineral water, apple juice, documentation.
