Bülach

The Old Town of Bülach offers far more than just an outstanding backdrop for photographs. With its many attractive retail shops Bülach is perfect for "Lädele" (shopping). From the city centre through Kasernenstrasse to the railway station you will find a wide selection of specialist shops.

The best way to discover Bülach by far is on foot: right in the centre of Bülach you will encounter the town hall with its grand and imposing gable structure and splendid half-timbered facade, which has adorned the Old Town since 1672. The other buildings have a long history, too, and the well-preserved parts of the town wall give us an idea of what  Bülach must have looked like in the past.

A modern infrastructure with excellent public transport connections (among others Intercity Stuttgart-Milan) and road network connections (Express highway A 51) make Bülach appealing as an economic location as well. You can soon reach your destination from the centrally located main railway station on foot or using one of the numerous bus connections. 

In the Hirslen sports complex with indoor pool, crazy golf course, climbing gym, tennis court and much more you can have a really good time - not to forget the large outdoor pool.

The "Event City" of Bülach offers an abundance of events: several commodity markets with up to 140 stalls, a Christmas market with St. Nicholas procession, Büli Talk with prominent guests etc.

There's plenty going on in the evenings, too: Glasshouse, Sigristenkeller, Jazzclub, cinema, fine restaurants and much more await you.
