Eschenbergturm (Eschenberg Tower)
In the centre of the Eschenbergwald (Eschenberg Woods) the Eschenbergturm soars 30 metres into the sky. Those walkers, who do not suffer from vertigo, let their eyes roam into the distance from up here. During fine weather you can see as far as the Alps and the Black Forest.
The Eschenberg is a popular destination. The hill provides many beautiful walking trails, which are appreciated by Nordic walking enthusiasts as well. Several trails lead to a small clearing where the Eschenbergturm is situated. Around the tower you can find seating areas and fireplaces. Located not far from the Eschenbergturm are the Bruderhaus Wildlife Park and the Restaurant Eschenberg, the Observatory and a municipal farm.
