Food and drink
In the same room, where 800 years ago the court used to dine, the house guests enjoy the breakfast buffet as well as lunch and dinner. During nice weather the tables are set on the castle terrace with a view of the river Rhine. In the vault cellar of the castle the atmospheric à la carte Restaurant Fischerstube, seating 40, offers varied and market-fresh dishes.

During the warmer days a summery light cuisine is celebrated in the cosy Gartenrestaurant Rheinpromenade directly by the river Rhine.

Guests with a day package enjoy a 3-course lunch in the hall of knights and can get refreshments in the morning and the afternoon during a coffee break in the parlour. Those who book the seminar package including overnight stay can also look forward to an ample breakfast buffet and 4-course dinner.
