1. The photo site is a service offered by Winterthur Tourismus. The images offered serve the promotion of the location of Winterthur in the broadest sense. Any use for purposes other than intended or commercial use of the photos is prohibited.
2. The use for advertising purposes in the sense of the above mentioned promotion of the location is permitted.
3. It is not permitted to use the images for commercial purposes.
4. In case of publication the declaration of copyright is mandatory.
5. It is not permitted to modify the images.
6. In case of publication of one or several images, a file copy / link must be submitted to Winterthur Tourismus.
